Fix-and-Flip Loans:
Minimum Loan Amount: $20,000
Maximum Loan Amount: $10 million+ (Higher amounts available for large projects with strong financials.)
Rental Loans (Buy-and-Hold Loans):
Minimum Loan Amount: $55,000
Maximum Loan Amount: $5 million per property (Portfolio loans for multiple properties can go higher.)
Bridge Loans:
Minimum Loan Amount: $30,000
Maximum Loan Amount: $50 million+ (For large-scale commercial and multifamily projects.)
