- We fund 100% of the rehab costs, meaning all renovation expenses can be covered.
- For the purchase price, we typically finance up to 85-90% Loan-to-Cost (LTC).
- If the After-Repair Value (ARV) is strong, we can finance up to 75% of ARV.
- Full 100% financing may be available for experienced investors with multiple successful flips.
Rental Loans (Buy-and-Hold Financing)
- Typically, we finance 75-80% Loan-to-Value (LTV) on rental properties.
- 100% financing is not common unless backed by additional collateral or a portfolio loan.
